  • The Muriel - SOLD

    This modern traditional plan is called the ‘Muriel’. It is a 1814 sq. ft. two story house with exquisitely thought out design elements throughout. The main floor boasts an open front entrance with soaring ceilings. From there you are welcomed into an open floor plan with a large living room and kitchen. Off to the side you find a dedicated coffee nook and charming mudroom that leads to the two car attached garage. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a walk in linen closet. The basement is open for development but is designed for a well sized family room and an extra bedroom and bathroom.

    The Muriel won the award for the Best Production Home 1501-1900 sq. ft. in the SRHBA’s Housing Excellence Awards in 2022. It was also a finalist in the CHBA’s National Housing Excellence Awards in 2022. We are so honoured to be recognized!   • The Elizabeth - SOLD

    Introducing the Elizabeth, a stunning modern traditional home with 1775 sq. ft on two levels. This spacious home features three well-appointed bedrooms upstairs, each offering ample natural light and plenty of space to relax and unwind. The primary bedroom is a true sanctuary, with vaulted ceilings, a gorgeous ensuite and walk-in closet. The home also features an amazing bonus room, perfect for a home office, loft space, or playroom.

To help protect your family and your investment, we install a Dalmatian Fire Prevention system in every build. This system connects your smoke detectors to your stove and counter plugs. As soon the smoke detector is activated, the Dalmatian automatically disconnects power to the stove and counter plugs. Without heat or electricity, a fire is far less likely to start and spread to the rest of your house.

How does it work?

The system works with the homeowners smoke detectors to provide second-level security and peace of mind. When the smoke detector activates, it triggers the Dalmatian system. The Dalmatian immediately disconnects power to the kitchen range and counter plugs, thus effectively reducing the # 1 cause of household fires.
